Ignorance, Chapter 2, cont.We were pretty quiet for a while. I mean, I didn't want to say anything, but hey, I was standing out in the rain and I was kinda getting soaked. I'd like it if Ignorance had an idea or something.
"Do you...usually live in your house?"
I was momentarily shocked. This girl had everything about me on her: I was rugged, worthy enough to kill a girl for money, that it some time, I would become a "feline," or something, and now hse knew my parents were fighting and I ran from home?
But then I thought, it was pretty obvious. From the rags I was dressed in, from the way I was out at midnight in the pouring rain, and the scent of blood and liquor on me told my story. I sighed.
"No...I usually camp outside, away from the house...My parents are too busy fighting t notice I would be missing."
I liked how she didn't pity me like the other kids at my school. I mean, I was seventeen years old, I think I could really take care of myself.

Ignorance, Chapter 2So yeah. Pretty much, I closed my eyes, and inhaled the blood smell that was all over me. I was ready to die.
But...where had this tiger come from? Was she really gonna kill me...? Could hse really...? I mean, she looked so frail, so weak, so skinny...I could've sworn she was from the assylm. But I guess, she's really a man-eating tiger. But...how? Why?

She's crying, a translucent running over her rosy an

My dad was unemployed, and my mother barley was paid any money at her job as a waitress at the "Blue Moon Cafe." However, this neighborhood was far too fancy to be anywhere near mine, I hoped, because the houses were tall and Victorian and gave you this feeling that you were small and hopeless.
She was sitting their on the sidewalk, staring across the street sightlessly, and I could tell she wasn't looking at something particular. Her eyes were a flashy amaranth ceris
